Your information is stored with our hosting provider and access is restricted to authorised Midnight Hub staff who need it to serve you. Customers can only see their own account details. Saved UPI and bank details are shown only to you and to authorised staff processing your cashback.

No online system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only collect what we need.

Where needed to provide our services, some information may be shared with delivery partners (such as Zomato and Swiggy), payment providers, and other service providers who help us run Midnight Hub. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information while your account is active. Some transaction records (for example, completed cashback payouts) may need to be retained where legally required, even after a deletion request — these are kept with personal details removed wherever possible.
